Intra Oral Camera
The intraoral camera is a highly advanced piece of diagnostic equipment that allows you to see what we see inside your mouth on an overhead monitor. This enables us to show and explain in more detail exactly what needs to be done to resolve any dental problem, such as worn or broken fillings, cracked teeth, plaque deposits, cavities next to fillings and excessive wear
The intra-oral camera handpiece has a built-in light source, and tiny video camera with 25 times magnification, allowing you to be an active participant in your dental treatment, so you can make treatment decisions with confidence.

Intraoral Scanners
An Intraoral scanner is an instrument used to take digital dental impressions of aypur teeth and oral structure and creating a 3D life like model of your mouth. Intraoral scanners, also known as 3D dental scanners, are highly useful tools in the field of dentistry and orthodontics due to their numerous benefits and applications.
Intraoral scanners work by using a light source, such as a laser or structured light to project light onto the surfaces of the teeth, gums, and oral cavity. As the scanner is moved throughout the patient’s mouth, it records and captures data points created by the reflected light patterns. These data points represent the geometry of the teeth and oral structures.
The key benefits of using dental oral scanners are:
• Time efficiency- Impressions may be collected and sent to a dental laboratory straight away.
• Eco-friendly – There are no wasted materials if an impression is not taken correctly. A digital dental impression can be re-taken without using any extra materials.
• Real-time Feedback – Dental intraoral scanners ensure that you capture accurate images by providing visual feedback while scanning. The user can make adjustments while scanning to correct any errors.
• Patient Comfort – Intraoral Dental 3D scanners are suitable for patients whose gag reflex is easily triggered. Removing the use of large trays and putty when taking dental impressions can be more comfortable for patients with a sensitive gag reflex.
• Treatment planning – Intraoral scanners are used for various dental procedures including restorations (e.g crowns, bridges), orthodontic treatment, (e.g clear aligners and hawley retainers), and for custom dental appliances (e.g night guards and snoring appliances).

Automated Root Canal Therapy
Although using a manual file will still clean out the root canals thoroughly, most dentists and patients prefer rotary endodontics. In fact, it was largely the loud grinding of manual files that gave root canal therapy the reputation of being a “scary” or “undesirable” procedure. With rotary endodontics, patients feel much more comfortable during the treatment and barely notice the whirring of the tools.
• The nickel titanium cleans out the root canal much more smoothly and consistently.
• Rotary endodontic procedures are more reliable with less chance of complications.
• Rotary tools make the root canal procedure much faster.
• The electric tools are much quieter and smoother, without the loud grinding that accompanies manual files.
• The fast treatment time, in conjunction with quieter instruments, make for a much more comfortable and less frightening experience for patients.

CEREC
Single-visit crowns, often using CEREC technology, are modern dental restorations that fix damaged teeth in just one appointment, eliminating the need for multiple visits, messy impressions, and temporary crowns. Using CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) and in-house milling, dentists create precise, natural-looking ceramic crowns from a digital scan, making the process efficient, accurate, and convenient for restoring broken or decayed teeth.
How it Works (CEREC)
1. Digital Scan: Instead of traditional putty impressions, your tooth is scanned with a 3D camera.
2. Design: A computer helps the dentist design a custom crown on-screen.
3. Milling: An in-house milling machine carves the crown from a solid ceramic block.
4. Placement: The finished crown is fitted and bonded to your tooth, all in one visit, typically taking 1-2 hours.
Benefits
• Time-Saving: Complete restoration in one visit, no temporary crowns needed.
• Convenience: Saves time and hassle of multiple appointments.
• Precision: High accuracy with digital technology.
• Durability: Strong, natural-looking, and long-lasting.
Suitability
• Not all dental issues are suited for single-visit crowns; a consultation determines if you're a good candidate.
Aftercare
• Care for it like a natural tooth: brush, floss daily, and maintain regular dental check-ups.
